SEZ “Alabuga” is on the first place in the rating of Expert among greenfield parks of the Russian Federation

The Special economic zone “Alabuga” is recognized as the best industrial park in the category “Greenfield” in Russia according to the version of the analytical center “Expert”.

The analytical center “Expert” presented the third rating of investment attractiveness of Russian industrial parks (IP) and special economic zones (SEZ). Once again, only large projects (the minimum bar for greenfield projects is 40 hectares, for brownfield projects - 50 thousand sq. m.) are in the spotlight.

When evaluating industrial parks, the analytical center was still guided by six groups of parameters: management and services, location, cost of production resources, taxes and benefits, quality of work with residents, and regional location indicators. All calculations were made on the basis of open data.

The survey identified leaders among objects of industrial infrastructure. The SEZ “Alabuga” won the first place in the “Greenfield” category, the SEZ “Stupino Kvadrat” (Moscow region) took the second place, the IP “Greenstate” (Leningrad region) was awarded the third place.

Today 57 residents are registered in the SEZ “Alabuga”, 30 companies carry out industrial activity, among them Ford Sollers, Kastamonu, Armstrong, Air Liquide, Rockwoll, 3M and others. The volume of actually invested private investments in the implementation of projects is 128.3 billion rubles, more than 7200 work places are created.
