The container terminal "Alabuga" has entered the world system of international trade Maersk.

Trains of the Danish company Maersk, the world's leading carrier of sea containers, have been successfully accepted on the territory of the special economic zone "Alabuga".

As a result of the agreements reached, Maersk will send one train per week to the Alabuga container terminal, which will consist of more than 40 containers. Thanks to the world-class infrastructure of Alabuga, the containers will be reloaded from the railway to motor transport, and then sent to customers located within a radius of 400 km. Thus, the Alabuga container terminal has entered the world trade system of the Danish company Maersk.

On June 22, the second train arrived at the container terminal, and now a third one is being formed in the port of St. Petersburg. The possibility of increasing the cargo flow from Maersk contributes to increasing the loading of the container terminal of the SEZ "Alabuga".
