A production and logistic complex will start up on the territory of SEZ «Novgorodskaya»

The Pletnikha production and logistic complex will be created on the territory of special economic zone «Novgorodskaya». The project was presented at the session of the Supervisory Council of SEZ which was held as a part of the Investiment Council under the Governor of the Novgorod Region.

The production and logistic complex will include warehouses, workshops for the manufacture of furniture, cook-chill food, PET blow molding, fish and car factory.

«The project is long-term and we plan to implement it in 9 years. At the full throughput at 3,000 people. In general, it’s employees with special education: drivers, pickers, merchandisers, packers, mechanics, dispatchers and so on, - said the General Director of «Pletnikha» Alexander Milyutin. – The complex will provide the scale of works on accepting, ordering, storing, handling and routing of cargo.

The project was supported by the Governor of the Novgorod Region Andrey Nikitin. He assigned the Ministry of Transport together with the Novgorod Region and Veliky Novgorod to access the completeness of the transport infrastructure.
