«Alabuga Polytech is an innovative project with a great future!»: Minister of Employment of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Today, September 19, a delegation headed by the Minister of Employment and Poverty Reduction of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bekhzod Musaev paid a business visit to the Special Economic Zone «Alabuga». The delegation also included Elmira Zaripova, Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fariddin Nasriyev, Consul General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Kazan, and Davron Khidoyatov, Mayor of Chirchik.

During the visit, the guests met with Timur Shagivaleev, Director General of SEZ Alabuga, and visited the largest educational center Alabuga Polytech, where they got acquainted with the dual training program, inspected modern laboratories and talked to students. In addition, members of the delegation were shown a high-tech production and educational complex «Robopoddons», where college students program robots, manage the process and control production.

According to Bekhzod Musaev, Alabuga Polytech has a well-organized educational system: «I have never seen such a project before! The system, functionality, routing and motivation for young people who have not yet decided on their future is so well built. Training is a grueling thing, but here everything is done in an interesting, interactive way. The symbiosis of practice and educational process is very competently built, - said the Minister. - I think it is very difficult to reproduce these things, because you have your own methodology and professionals. » Alabuga Polytech is an innovative project with a great future! We should not leave things as they are at present. We need to make our guys come to you to study, to build a vital career for themselves».

Alabuga Polytech implements a dual training program, under which college students study at modern equipment under the mentorship of the best engineers of the resident plants of SEZ Alabuga in the first half of the day, and in the second half of the day they study subjects in secondary vocational education institutions. At the same time, they undergo internships in the specialized divisions of the company.

In total, this year more than 1200 freshmen entered the educational center, who study in 17 areas of training: «Industrial Robotics», «Laboratory and Chemical Analysis», «Business Software», «Microelectronics», «Industrial Automation», «International Educational Science», «Electrical Engineering», «BIM Programming», «Law», «Economics», «Business Informatics on 1C platform», «Medical Technology», «Installation and Operation of Industrial Equipment», «CNC Machine Tool Programming», «Aeronautical Navigation and UAV Programming», «Industrial Security», «Medicine Science».

To remind, the day before the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov highly appreciated the educational center «Alabuga Polytech», as well as visited a number of factories of the special economic zone.
