«Coşkunoz Alabuga» has launched production of chassis parts for Lada Vesta cars

The resident of the special economic zone «Alabuga» Coşkunoz Alabuga has launched serial assembly of chassis parts for the company «AvtoVAZ». This is reported by the press service of the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).

It is planned that the new production will allow to produce up to 14 million all-stamped and composite metal parts annually. Investments in the project amounted to 1 billion rubles, of which 500 million rubles was provided by the IDF in the form of a soft loan.

«Coşkunoz Alabuga has been operating in the Russian market in the automotive industry for 10 years. Now for the first time we have established serial production of parts for AvtoVAZ, Russia's largest automaker. This was made possible thanks to a favorable loan from DIF», - commented Oktem Ejevit, General Director of Coşkunoz Alabuga LLC, on the launch of the new production facility.

For example, in July 2023, the company supplied AvtoVAZ with the first batch of suspension parts for Lada Vesta. In the near future, it is planned to launch serial production of parts for Lada Granta. Also in the foreseeable future, the company intends to set up production of other chassis parts for domestic and foreign brands localized in Russia.

As a reminder, the enterprise « Coşkunoz Alabuga» was founded in August 2014. The plant specializes in the production of stamped sheet metal parts for passenger cars and commercial vehicles using innovative technologies, fully equipped automated press lines at the production facilities in SEZ «Alabuga» for the world giants of the automotive industry.
