Danaflex has won the PART Award at RosUpack-2023

Danaflex, a resident of SEZ «Alabuga», has become the winner of the Prart Award in the nomination «Ecological Packaging» in the category «Rolled Packaging Materials and Package Products». The rewarding took place within the limits of the International exhibition of the packing industry RosUpack-2023.  The doypack packaging contains recycled pellets Vivilen from SIBUR company. It retains all the functional properties and can be recycled and returned to the consumer.  

In contrast to traditional structures using foil or different types of polymer materials in a laminate, mono-material packaging is able to be recycled into a clear homogeneous fraction. In this case, the pellet is suitable for re-blown film and is subsequently applicable for flexible packaging in the non-food segment.

«Danaflex-Alabuga» received the status of a resident of SEZ Alabuga in December 2016. The plant was launched on the territory of the special economic zone in autumn 2018. The company specializes in the production of flexible packaging. The total volume of investments is 3.2 billion rubles.  

Currently on the territory of SEZ «Alabuga» a plant for the production of recyclable film materials «Danafilms» is being built. As of June 30, general construction works are completed and external utility networks are summed up. Now the builders are working on the arrangement of internal networks. The total volume of investments amounts to 2,6 billion rubles.

«Alabuga» is the special economic zone №1 in Russia. Today it is a full-cycle partner, which provides the best engineering, construction, personnel, social infrastructure. More than 30 unique import-substituting production facilities are located on the territory of the SEZ, which are leaders in their industries. The total amount of private investment is 162 billion rubles, 11 thousand jobs were created, and the residents' revenue for 2022 was about 138 billion rubles.
