Corporate University "Alabuga" adopts experience of the "Sberbank"

 Corporate University of "Sberbank" was visited by the delegation of the special economic zone "Alabuga" headed by the general director Timur Shagivaleev. The aim of the visit was to study the "Sberbank's" experience for the corporate university of the SEZ.

During the first day, there was a meeting with the Rector of CU "Sberbank" Valery Katkalo. Together with colleagues, he told the delegation members about the experience of creation and functioning of the corporate university, explained, what is the principle component of the program, and which evaluation systems are applied to the results of training. The guests also visited the library of Sberbank Corporate University and visited the campus.

On the second day, the delegation of the corporate university "Alabuga" visited the chief "Sberbank" office, where the meeting with the head of the Career Development Office of "Sberbank" Natalia Zhuravleva was held.

During the visit, the sides agreed to continue cooperation and to conduct return visit of colleagues from the "Sberbank" to the special economic zone "Alabuga".
