The plant "August-Alabuga" has successfully passed the audit for compliance with the requirements of international standards

In the period from September 28 to October 2, 2020 at the plant for the production of plant protection chemicals  "August-Alabuga", located on the territory of the special economic zone "Alabuga", passed a certification audit of the corporate integrated management system  for compliance with the requirements three international standards: quality systems (ISO 9001: 20015), environmental management systems (ISO 14001: 2015) and health and safety systems (ISO 45001: 2018). The inspection was carried out by the certification body JSC "Bureau Veritas Certification Rus".

During the certification audit, the following divisions of the enterprise passed the inspection: Quality Service, OPBEiOT, Production Directorate, Polymer containers production area, Raw materials area, Plant protection products production area, Chief Technologist's Department, Chief Engineer's Service, Logistics Service, Human Resources Department.

According to the results of five days of work, no discrepancies were identified. According to the leading auditor of Bureau Veritas Certification Rus, Angelica Reshetina, the successful completion of this test was facilitated not only by the professional level of training of specialists and employees of the plant, but also by a high degree of automation of production and technological processes, as well as the modern infrastructure of the plant. “All of this is undoubtedly the key factors in significantly reducing risks in terms of quality, ecology and health and safety at work. And for such a large chemical enterprise, with its own understandable risks and dangers, this is especially important, ”Anzhelika Alexandrovna emphasized.

The digitized audit data showed full compliance of "August-Alabuga" with international standards and requirements regulated by law. “But the main thing is the readiness of the enterprise to move forward, without stopping in development, improving its production processes, making them better, more environmentally friendly and safer,” the auditor concluded.

The head of the quality service "August-Alabuga" Lyudmila Hristova, in turn, noted the special importance of the audit for the enterprise. “Any check is designed to improve the current state of affairs. In this sense, there is no doubt that thanks to her, the plant will work better and more efficiently, which will certainly have a positive effect on our products! " - said Lyudmila Nikolaevna. Recall that since its launch at the end of June 2019, the plant has produced about 11 million liters of CPPP, by the end of the year this figure should exceed 13 million.

In November of this year, the August-Alabuga plant will be issued a corresponding certificate of compliance with quality systems (ISO 9001: 20015), environmental management (ISO 14001: 2015), as well as health and safety (ISO 45001: 2018) valid until December 2021.

The grand opening of the plant with the participation of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took place on June 28, 2019. The plant was built using a unique technology “everything under one roof”. The actual investment in the project is over 4.5 billion rubles. The production of plant protection products is equipped with modern Russian and imported equipment with a high degree of automation of work processes. The number of employees is 210, in the future - 300.
