At the celebration of the Machine Builder's Day, the results of the contest «Best Mentoring Practices in the Republic of Tatarstan-2020» were summed up, where «Alabuga Polytech» took 1st place. The General Director of SEZ «Alabuga» Timur Shagivaleev was present at the award ceremony.
Today, more than 3 thousand machine-building enterprises work in the republic, which employ about 120 thousand people. This was noted by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov in Naberezhnye Chelny at a solemn event in honor of the Day of the Machine Builder.
Congratulating the industry workers on their professional holiday, Rustam Minnikhanov noted: "It is very important to train specialists from a young age. Today, it is necessary to ensure the growth of the prestige of working professions, to create conditions for the implementation of high professional standards. The role of the WorldSkills movement is very important in this work. This year, the guys from the Tatarstan national professional skills team took 1st place at the Russian stage of the competition. I would like to thank our companies for supporting the WorldSkills movement"
The modern educational college «Alabuga Polytech» took the first place in the nomination «Mentoring in the field of professional determination». The competition was held within the framework of the national project «Labor Productivity and employment support». It is important to note that the main task of Alabuga Polytech is to train qualified personnel according to WorldSkills standards that are in demand among employers – chief engineers of new production facilities, shop managers, specialized specialists. Today, real requests for specialists to work on the latest industrial equipment are received from resident companies. During their studies at «Alabuga Polytech», students receive all the necessary skills, relevant competencies and official work experience.
«Alabuga» is aimed at creating the best infrastructure in the world, being a full-cycle partner. For the development of large-scale projects in our country, there is already a serious need for high-tech personnel, which is why the educational center «Alabuga Polytech» was created, whose graduates will be engaged in the implementation of important projects for the country and the world.
