On December 15, the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan was held, where the breakthrough plan of "Alabuga" for personnel development was supported. The meeting was headed by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
At a meeting of the Security Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, Timur Shagivaleev, Director General of SEZ "Alabuga", proposed to give students the opportunity to work at industrial enterprises from the age of 16 if they have a WorldSkills passport according to their profile and completed a safety course. At the meeting, ideas were introduced for creating educational centers with dormitories at key growth points, as well as ideas for interaction with enterprises where production facilities provide the best engineers as mentors to college.
"In modern conditions, the provision of workers for enterprises is becoming a matter of paramount importance," said the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov.
"Alabuga Polytech" is located in the Special economic zone № 1 of our country. Investors from all over the world have invested more than 150 billion rubles in "Alabuga"– which means that the best engineers and technologies from all over the world are gathered here. The task of the college "Alabuga Polytech" is to become the largest training center for working specialties in the country, which will be provided with all the necessary infrastructure. Already, "Alabuga Polytech" is the best educational center for dual training, where students get real experience working on modern industrial equipment under the guidance of mentor engineers from the country's leading factories.
