Alabuga has once again confirmed its role as a reliable full-cycle partner in the field of investment and construction project management – a project for the construction of a home appliance factory and a finished product warehouse for the HAIER company in Naberezhnye Chelny was successfully implemented.
The built-up area was 59,408 m2, the project implementation period is from August 2020 to November 2021. The project for the HAIER company includes a warehouse of finished products, an administrative and household building, a complex for the production of televisions. The object is located on the territory of the industrial park "Hyer Industry RUS" in the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
A project management system has been built in "Alabuga" SEZ and a team of specialists certified according to the international standard has been formed, which makes it possible to optimize construction processes, avoiding deviations from the required quality standards and deadlines. This allowed "Alabuga" to successfully implement the project and receive high recognition from the Customer.
