«100 Leaders» program of SEZ Alabuga has won in the nomination «To preserve and attract the young personnel potential in the region» at the All-Russian Challenge for the Best Employment Practices. The challenge was organized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The organizers pointed out that this year they have received 745 applications from 72 regions of Russia. For the final stage, members of the expert council have selected 93 applications with the best practices from the representatives of 35 regions of Russia.
«We are happy that the event has feedback from employers and educational organizations. The challenge has become a great platform to share successful projects with each other, which will help young people realize their professional and entrepreneurial potential,» said Elena Mukhtiyarova, the Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation.
«The winner’s status at the All-Russian Challenge confirms that our program is a unique instrument for finding personnel, which aside from its originality, can boast performance indicators. What a level this is!» gave her comments Anna Kosurina, the leader of Alabuga’s HR management project.
Let us remind professionals 19 to 27 years of age, with secondary specialized and higher education, from all regions of Russia can participate in «100 Leaders» leadership program.
Young professionals, even those with no experience can apply to Alabuga and eventually shine and reach the highest highs in their careers. For this, they shall fill out the application form and pass the Business cats business simulation. Once a candidate passes the simulation, he or she will be invited to an internal stage–a week long assessment with housing and meals covered by the company.
The program is comprised of interviews with managers and department heads of Alabuga SEZ, business simulation; besides, a candidate develops and defends his or her personal project. Once the assessment is finished a candidate receives a job offer from Alabuga. As an example, in 2023, over 1000 candidates passed the internal stage of the leadership program, more than 80% of whom were hired.
SEZ Alabuga is the full-cycle partner that provides the best utility, construction, social infrastructure, and personnel. In the territory of SEZ, there are over 30 unique import phase-out production facilities that are leaders in their industry sectors. The total amount of private investment is 166 billion rubles, with 16 thousand jobs created, and the residents’ revenue for 2022 amounted to 138 billion rubles.
