The delegation of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic paid a business visit to the special economic zone «Alabuga» on May 21. The delegation consisted of: Minister of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Kudaibergen Bazarbaev, Head of the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation Kubandyk Akmatbekov, Director of the Center for Employment of citizens abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Almaz Alybaev, Director of the Service for control and supervision of labor legislation under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic Cholponkul Madyarov.
During the visit, the guests went on a tour of the SEZ «Alabuga» and visited the educational center «Alabuga Polytech».
Project manager Eduard Yaushev told the delegation about what is «Alabuga Polytech» and Alabuga International School, and the students showed what they are taught at the educational center, and how manual labor is transformed into intelligent, thanks to the opportunities offered by «Alabuga».
«We face the task of fully automating production to make it easier for people to work» - concluded Eduard Yaushev.
Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Kudaibergen Bazarbaev asked many qualifying questions in order to understand the seriousness of the technical equipment that «Alabuga» provides to students for training, he calculated how much resources it took to provide all this.
«I had heard of this economic zone once before, and I know that it has been in existence for more than a decade, but I had no idea that such magnitude and promise lay here. Here I saw a thoughtful and far-reaching future, new approaches that await us tomorrow. Now Alabuga is becoming one of the few points of reference not only for Russia, but also for other countries. After seeing Polytechnic, I can say that there is no longer a present here, they live in the future. I think it's great! And I want young people from Kyrgyzstan to come to Alabuga to study and work. Of course, now our students learn about you and the facilities that await them here. So, I'm sure they will gladly come and train here. Again, this is the future that awaits our society» - commented Kudaibergen Bazarbaev.
After tour the guests met with Timur Shagivaleev, General Director of SEZ «Alabuga». As a result, an agreement was signed between Alabuga and the Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad under the Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic on attracting workers. The agreement with the Employment Centre provides for attraction of 500 workers from Kyrgyzstan for construction works in 2023.
SEZ «Alabuga» is a special economic zone No.1 in Russia. Today it is a full-cycle partner, which provides the best engineering, construction, human resources, social infrastructure. More than 30 unique import-substituting production facilities are located on the territory of SEZ, which are leaders in their industries. The total amount of private investment is 162 billion rubles, 10.5 thousand jobs were created, and the residents' revenue for 2022 was 138 billion rubles.
