It is more than just a construction project: the building works progress at the site of the largest logistics terminal in Russia

Alabuga SEZ is continuing the construction of Deng Xiaoping Logistics Terminal, the largest in Russia. The construction work progress at the site is 23%.

Just in six months, 17 thousand piles have been driven, which is 93% of the total volume.

The metal structures of the logistics complex are being installed now. The following services will be provided for the clients: short-term and long-term cargo storage; loading and unloading operations; order management and accounting for stored goods; weighing and labelling of goods; formation of shipments; etc.

Besides, the construction workers are finishing the ballasting of railway tracks and switches on concrete sleepers. The construction of the 6,500-meter-long track has been completed successfully.

Let us remind you that Deng Xiaoping Logistics Terminal will be a part of Ethylene 600 Industrial Park. Logistics centre will be the largest in Russia. The design capacity of the terminal will be over 100 thousand containers annually. The total area of the site is 65 ha. The length of the container yard is 1.05 km, which will allow you to load and unload a whole container train without extra maneuvering. All these will provide high efficiency and low logistics costs.

Ethylene 600 Industrial Park will be one of a kind in Russia, which is a unique window of opportunity for producers of medium- and low-tonnage chemistry. They will have easy access to petrochemical feedstock.
