Starting December 3, 2024, the Alabuga Special Economic Zone will implement
a new electronic pass system for all cargo vehicles, including empty trucks and special equipment.
To exit the SEZ territory transporters shall also show an electronic pass.
To obtain an electronic pass, transporters must submit a notification via one of the following channels:
- Federal Customs Service of Russia personal account
- Designated software tools
- Information operator
These changes are in accordance with Order No. 74n of the Russian Ministry of Finance, dated May 29, 2024.
