The delegation of the American Сhamber of Trade (AmCham) today visited the Special economic zone "Alabuga". The delegation included Director General of "Belaya Dacha Trading" Anton Semenov.
Recall Special Economic Zone "Alabuga" is a member of the Chamber for 4 years. The activity of American Chamber of Commerce in Russia is aimed at creating more favorable conditions for business development in Russia. Acting as a liaison between the Chamber members, representatives of state and government and business leaders from the US and Russia, the Chamber is trying to identify problems that prevent the normal development of the business and find a solution that would be mutually beneficial and suitable for all parties.
Representatives of American companies visit Tatarstan to study the economic potential of the republic, as well as to hold a series of targeted meetings with the representatives of Tatarstan business. The SEZ "Alabuga" guests were presented with the opportunities and incentives provided to investors. Deputy General Director of the SEZ Rustem Zaripov reminded that there are American resident companies operating today in the "Alabuga".
A particular interest of visitors was attracted by Corporate University "Alabuga", which recently launched a second wave of training. "This project is unique for Russia because it presumes training not for employees but for young people of Alabuga and its residents" - emphasized R. Zaripov.
General Director of "Belaya Dacha Trading" Anton Semenov continued meeting and told the guests about the history of the company "Belaya Dacha" and about the plant, which is located in the SEZ. The guest mentioned the exceptional comfort of doing business in Tatarstan and the personal contribution of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov to the success of the zone. After the meeting, the delegation held a series of targeted meetings and toured the SEZ visiting "Armstrong Building Products" plants and "Belaya Dacha Alabuga".
