Rustam Minnikhanov and Mikhail Abyzov evaluated the projects of graduates of the University of the SEZ "Alabuga"

On April 25, the second set of students of the corporate university of the SEZ was held in the SEZ «Alabuga». Projects of graduates were heard and evaluated by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Minister for Open Government Affairs Mikhail Abyzov, head of the Federal Service for Labor and Employment Vsevolod Vukolov. Graduates of the first enlistment who completed their studies in 2016 and now work in the SEZ, talked about the progress of their projects and the benefits of training at a corporate university. Among the projects of this year’s students is the planning of joint production with China, the launch of a new plant for the production of melamine and the reform of the personnel policy of the SEZ «Alabuga».
Today, Rustam Minnikhanov, Mikhail Abyzov, and Vsevolod Vukolov visited the Alabuga SEZ. The main event of the program was the defend of graduate projects at the corporate university of the SEZ. The goal of the corporate university is to develop the human resources potential for training world-class production managers. During three months, 25 students, selected from 1600 applicants from all regions of Russia, studied the experience of creating and operating enterprises of Russian and foreign companies. Within the framework of the course, the participants studied various aspects of industrial projects implementation, analyzed business cases of real production, held master classes in marketing, strategic management, production management. During the training, students worked on individual research projects in various areas of the SEZ.
This year the meeting took place in a new community center on the territory of the cottage settlement «Three Bears». This is another object of social infrastructure in the village. The village facility already includes a coffee house «Chocolate», a sports hall, a medical center. On the territory of the village, comfortable conditions for employees of SEZ and resident companies were created. Here in 2014, the first international school in Tatarstan was opened.
Rustam Minnikhanov positively assessed the practice of the corporate university of the SEZ «Alabuga»: «Alabuga is a very attractive place. The second year in a row, the system works on the training of the best candidates. Corporate University — an excellent opportunity to acquire the skills that are needed to work on major projects. In Tatarstan, there are projects like „Alabuga“, TOSER in Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk, plans for the Sviyazhsky multimodal center. Managers with production management skills are needed.
