Alabuga’s residents exported 13% of their products

The share of export goods in the production volume of resident companies of the special economic zone Alabuga was 13% in the first half of 2017. This was stated by first deputy head of the Tatarstan Customs Service Dmitry Perfilov.

According to the data provided by the customs officer, 9 of 22 enterprises operating in the territory of «Alabuga» are selling goods outside Russia. The geography of deliveries of SEZ’s residents includes 29 countries.

Import and export operations of resident companies served by customs post of the special economic zone, which has been repeatedly recognized as the best customs post in Russia.

The largest exporter of the special economic zone Alabuga is the woodworking plant Kastamonu. The company also has the widest geography of deliveries, which includes Finland, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania, Israel, Belgium, China, Romania, Turkey, Bulgaria and other countries. The «Hayat Kimya» plant producing hygienic paper products has significantly increased the volume of export supplies in 2016, the «Trakya Glass Rus» plant stably sends its goods to the countries of the Customs Union and beyond its borders.
