"Alabuga" took over the experience of training the employees of General Electric

The team of the corporate university of the SEZ «Alabuga» led by the Director General of the Special Economic Zone Timur Shagivaleev visited the General Electric training center in Crotonville, New York. The purpose of the trip is to learn the experience of development of employees and get acquainted with the best practices of corporate universities of the world’s leading companies.

In the main training center of General Electric, the team «Alabuga» got acquainted with the work of the corporate university of the world leader in industry and digital technology. Director for Leadership Development Justin Holland held a presentation for «Alabuga», told about the philosophy and culture of GE. The main principle of the company is not to train one employee, but to prepare the entire team. Annually the company invests about 1 billion dollars in educational programs for its employees. The company employs more than 300,000 people working in 175 countries. Annually 12 000 employees undergo various training programs at the corporate university GE.
