Today, December 12, The Supervisory Board of the SEZ "Alabuga" chaired by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov reviewed and approved the drafts of two new residents of SEZ "Alabuga": "SMC Alabuga" and "GIS Nefteservis". Total investment in the new production is more than 1 billion rubles.
Supervisory Board meeting was also attended by several dignitaries - the governor of Chelyabinsk region Boris Dubrovsky, chairman of the board of directors of OJSC "MMK" Victor Rashnikov, CEO of PJSC "KAMAZ" Sergey Kogoghin.
SMC "Alabuga" (Service metal center "Alabuga") intends to produce steel stock material (blanks) for the needs of the automotive industry. The initiators of the project are OJSC "MMK" (Metallurg Metal Combine) - the largest metallurgical plant in Russia; and OOO "Dzhoshkunoz Alabuga" - the current resident of the SEZ and manufacturer of stamped parts made of steel for the automotive industry.
The amount of investment in the "SMC Alabuga" project is 349 million rubles, including 278 million rubles of own funds and 71 million rubles of borrowed funds. The production volume will be 41.5 tons of finished products per year. The planned launch date of the manufacture is 1st quarter 2018. "SMC Alabuga's" future consumers are the leading auto manufacturers located in Tatarstan and beyond it: Ford Sollers, Nissan, GM-Avtovaz, KamAZ, UAZ, GAZ, Daimler-Kamaz, Daimler-GAS.
Tatarstan President stressed that rooms for the new production will be built on funds' management company of a special economic zone "Alabuga" - construction costs will be 670 million rubles. In the future building, constructed in accordance with the requirements of the resident, will be leased.
The project for the production of flexible tubing "Inteco Tubing" has been initiated by "GIS Nefteservis" (Bashkortostan). The project is planned to be invested by 637.6 million rubles of own funds of the founder. The volume of production amounts to 1070.2 thous. m. / year. Production will be launched in the 4th quarter of 2018.
Also during the meeting, the general director of JSC "SEZ" Alabuga" Timur Shagivaleev presented a special economic zone to the guests of honor. He spoke about the advantages of the SEZ, tax and customs benefits, as well as instantiated in the "Alabuga" corporate university project.
