The steel frame installation has been completed in the special economic zone «Novgorodskaya». This was reported at a meeting of Supervisory Board of the SEZ by General Director Artur Ayupov.
He noted that the works are going on schedule. The constructor workers have completed work on closing the heat envelope of the industrial case.
By the end of April, we plan to finish the on-sites utilities. In May, we will complete internal and external water supply networks and start floor pouring,» Ayupov said. – Novgorod Vodokanal will connect water in August. In September, our first residents will be possible to import equipment and go out for pre-commissioning work».
«Everything is going well, the results are visible. We don’t have much quality production spaces of this quality in the region. It is much more comfortable to work in such placements than to be in historical workshops,» said Novgorod Region Governor Andrei Nikitin.
SEZ «Novgorodskaya» under the leadership of SEZ «Alabuga» was created in 2021 as a result of signing a partnership agreement between SEZ «Alabuga» and the Novgorod Region.
SEZ «Novgorodskaya» has a unique location between Moscow and St. Petersburg which in combination with attraction of investments and management experience of «Alabuga» makes the new SEZ «Novgorodskaya» even more attractive for investors and the government. The usage of the global best practices by Alabuga will also contribute to the active and effective development of the platform.
