On May 24, students of the MBA program of MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia visited SEZ «Alabuga». These are not just students – they are managers, managers, project coordinators, leading developers, analysts, top managers of large Russian companies. The guests highly appreciated the import substitution center of Russia, advanced infrastructure, especially noting the development of human resources in the largest educational center «Alabuga Polytech».
The guests were given a sightseeing tour of the territory of SEZ «Alabuga», during which they were able to make sure that the world-class infrastructure is really presented in Alabuga, which favorably affects the investment climate in the Republic of Tatarstan and the country. The delegation also visited companies on the territory of SEZ «Alabuga»: the «August-Alabuga» plant to produce plant protection products and polymer containers for them, as well as IGS AGRO for the cultivation of mushrooms and compost production.
During the tour, the educational center for the training of workers «Alabuga Polytech» was demonstrated, where they particularly noted the implementation of the idea of dual cooperation and equipment with the latest equipment for training professionals according to WorldSkills standards. The location on the territory of SEZ «Alabuga» gives a significant advantage in personnel training, as it allows to provide conducting competition, acting mentor engineers from factories. The training is as practice-oriented as possible, conducted on modern up-to-date equipment.
Colleagues highly appreciated the approach to the educational process through the business simulation «Business cats», which allows to identify the entrepreneurial abilities of candidates with the highest level of analytics, communication, and command skills.
Today, Alabuga is a full–cycle infrastructure partner that provides the best conditions and opportunities for investors. SEZ «Alabuga» has long ceased to be an ordinary land plot with connected communications and tax benefits, being now a grid company with its own power grid and lowering infrastructure, having its own construction company, a modern training center for workers and an international school.
