The Ministry of Economic Development of Russia will consider the interests of Tatarstan in terms of expanding the territory of SEZ «Alabuga» to accommodate projects in the field of petrochemistry here. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexey Khersontsev at the board in Kazan.

In his speech, he noted that Tatarstan is one of the leading regions in terms of the quality of life of the population and the main macroeconomic indicators. «The Republic is a pilot region for the implementation of federal projects. The Deputy Minister also noted the active participation of the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan in the development of a set of investment rules and investment declarations.
