On February 21, the «Alabuga Polytech» Educational Center was visited by a delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation headed by Viktor Neumyvakin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Secondary Vocational Education and Vocational Training, and Andrey Pominov, First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan. The experience of «Alabuga Polytech» will be used in the formation of approaches and concepts of educational programs in the implementation of the federal program «Professionalism», planned to be implemented from September 2022.
Earlier, on February 14, a video meeting was held with the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, as a result of which the idea of the educational center «Alabuga Polytech» was highly appreciated and supported. Since the educational infrastructure is one of the key issues in the development of the Republic of Tatarstan and the country as a whole, and «Alabuga Polytech» is one of the most striking examples of the effective transformation of educational institutions, Sergey Kravtsov instructed the delegation of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to personally visit the training center for working specialties and exchange experience.
«It seems to me that this is how a modern training center for working professions should look like. The infrastructure that exists here, it gives the desire to study here, and all those professions that are taught here will definitely be in demand. The most important thing is an approach to learning that supports the interest of students with constant useful practice. In the classical system, students «burn out» by the second year and they become uninterested in what they are doing. Everything is different here», said Viktor Neumyvakin, Director of the Department of State Policy in the Field of Secondary Vocational Education and Vocational Training.
The educational center «Alabuga Polytech» will soon create a world-class educational infrastructure for the preparation of working specialties for up to 10 thousand students per year. It is supposed to involve students from all over the country. «Alabuga Polytech» is distinguished by an innovative system of dual education, which allows students to apply their skills in practice from the first year of study at the center for the training of working professions.
The unique location of the educational center «Alabuga Polytech» on the territory of SEZ «Alabuga» allows you to involve the best engineers from advanced resident factories as teachers. Training at «Alabuga Polytech» is conducted on modern equipment, like the plants of SEZ «Alabuga».
