«Alabuga Polytechnic» is a good example in the work on adapting the training of skilled worker’s system. This was stated by Rais of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov at the meeting of the Supervisory Board of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives with the participation of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.
«In the Alabuga Polytechnic training center for workers, students are taught by real engineers from the plants of the Alabuga special economic zone», the Head of the Republic of Tatarstan said. – We have created a total of 45 resource centers in the Republic in recent years. We work very actively with Robert Urazov [Director General of the Professional Skills Development Agency]. We implement all the standards of WorldSkills. I think it is very good school. Taking into account the positive experience of Alabuga Polytechnic, we also sent this practice to the agency for replication.
«I want to thank you for that, for the personnel work, for supplying personnel at the federal level who are solving the most important national problems. We walked today about the need to work with HR. In this way, Tatarstan sets a very good example».
As a reminder, Alabuga Polytechnic is the largest educational center in Russia that provides training of skilled workers with an annual capacity of 10 thousand people. College students of Alabuga Polytechnic study on the most demanded directions with modern hi-tech equipment of KUKA and SIEMENS. The students are taught by the teachers –engineers from the residents of SEZ «Alabuga». The college students are also guaranteed high scholarship, comfortable housing and official employment.
