The Minister of Education of the Russian Federation positively assessed the proposals of Alabuga in the field of vocational education

On December 7, a meeting of the Committee on Vocational Training and Professional Qualifications of the RSPP was held, where Timur Shagivaleev, Director General of SEZ "Alabuga", presented the best educational practices on the example of the training center "Alabuga Polytech".

"Alabuga" took a direct part in the meeting as the largest employer with advanced training practices and interested in their further improvement. Timur Shagivaleev presented breakthrough changes to the current legislation, which will improve the training of personnel for industry. In particular, it was proposed to make adjustments to the OGE standard exam and methodological recommendations for calculating the profit-credit ratio, as well as to allow full-time work in industry from the age of 16 with a WorldSkills passport, continuing college studies and a passed safety exam and access to electrical safety.

The meeting was held with the participation of the Minister of Education of the Russian Federation Sergey Kravtsov, a member of the Board of the RSPP, Co-Chairman of the Committee on Vocational Training and Professional Qualifications of the RSPP Andrey Komarov. The ideas of "Alabuga" voiced at the meeting were highly appreciated and supported.

"Special economic zones are a unique situation, and "Alabuga" has accumulated serious experience to date: these are both development projects in the SPO system, and personnel training not for one enterprise, not for the industry, but for more than 40 enterprises, both foreign and Russian high-tech enterprises," commented Andrey Komarov.

"Alabuga" Special Economic Zone today is a full-cycle partner that provides industrial, construction, social and human resources infrastructure. Following the best international practices, "Alabuga" builds a perfect infrastructure for the investor on the one hand, and on the other - attracts the best personnel and provides them with a decent reward in accordance with the result. For the development of large-scale projects in our country, there is already a serious need for high-tech personnel, which is why the "Alabuga Polytech" educational center was created, whose graduates will be engaged in the implementation of important projects for the country and the world.

The most difficult issue to solve is the lack of qualified workers in Russia. "Our task is to become the largest training center for working specialties in the country with a capacity of 10,000 students per year, which will be provided with all the necessary infrastructure," said Timur Shagivaleev, Director General of SEZ "Alabuga".

"Alabuga Polytech" is one of the best training centers in our country, which has already shown its effectiveness. Today, "Alabuga Polytech" trains high-tech specialists in the most popular areas - BIM design, business informatics, programming in PYTHON, microelectronics, mechatronics, automated control systems, electrical engineering, chemistry. Teachers at the educational center are engineers from factories with real work experience.
