«Alabuga» launches a corporate university

Today the SEZ "Alabuga" has launched its own corporate university training program. This unique for Russia educational program will last three months in the SEZ.

Corporate University of the SEZ "Alabuga" is a special program, which provides training from top managers of leading international companies - CEO of all 20 existing factories of the special economic zone. Within three months 25 students, who have passed a difficult selection to contest 64 people in place, will learn the experience of implementation of world-class projects. Studying in the trainings and seminars, practicing at "Alabuga" factories, the students at the end of program will learn project planning and budgeting, will understand how to build and maintain industrial facilities, learn to motivate the team, learn the techniques of lean manufacturing.

CEO SEZ Timur Shagivaleev addressed to the students with the opening speech today. He stressed that the idea of a corporate university is supported by the company's shareholders and personally by the chairman of the Supervisory Board of SEZ - President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

T.Shagivaleev urged the students to effectively use the opportunity to learn from world-class experts and learn from them as much experience and knowledge as possible.

Today in "Alabuga" the first corporate university lectures have been held, 4 more lectures are scheduled for Tuesday, and on Wednesday, the students will visit the first of the plants of resident companies – “Ford Sollers Elabuga" plant.

Students, who gathered from all over Russia, live in the "Three Bears" cottage settlement, where favorable conditions are created for them. In addition to the curriculum pool, gym and sport games are provided for them.

Within three months of training each student will prepare his own project, and defense of projects will be a final examination of the corporate university.
