Vladislav Vaschenko, a third-year student at Alabuga Polytech and chief specialist at Alabuga Development LLC, has achieved remarkable recognition by securing first place in the Tim Leaders 2024 VIII All-Russian competition. His project, titled Multifunctional Complex Industrial and Technological Park Synergy: Buildings No. 5, No. 6, and No. 7, won in the category of “Information Modeling of Public Facilities”. This outstanding success can be attributed to the strong integration of academic training and practical experience, bolstered by the guidance of professional mentors.
The Alabuga Polytech project, titled “Corporate Program for the Development of Professional Competence: BIM-Design,” received high praise from the expert commission, securing second place in the category of “Best Educational Program in the Field of Information Modeling”.
All students participate in practical training using state-of-the-art equipment, gaining hands-on experience at real sites within Alabuga SEZ, including construction projects. As a result, Alabuga Development LLC secured second place for the Yuzhniy Park Residential Complex project in the “Information Modeling of Residential Buildings” category.
The “TIM Leaders” competition, organized annually, aims to recognize the largest Russian construction companies that have practical experience working with information modeling technologies and to promote the achievements of the best BIM specialists in the country. The organizers highlight that the competition has been growing in scale each year, with over 150 projects from 30 Russian cities and regions presented to the jury this year.
