Also, as part of additional security, our company uses a three-link "PCU" system ("Plan-Check-Use") and a risk-oriented approach for the prevention of possible emergencies. Risk assessment, safety audits, accident investigations, distribute of best practices are carried out on an ongoing basis.

WORKPLACE SAFETY CULTURE

Our company is actively developing its own safety culture, the purpose of which is to timely identification and prevention of risks and hazards, identify and eliminate the causes of possible accidents. Key elements of occupational safety and health and process safety are included in the Production system of the SEZ "Alabuga" and performance indicators of employees at all levels. There is also active cooperation on occupational safety and health and process safety with residents of the SEZ "Alabuga".

Training of employees in the rules of occupational safety and health and process safety, as well as familiarization of newly hired employees with corporate standards in this area is a mandatory and paramount step when applying for employment in our company. Within the scope of its competence, the security service and the occupational safety and health department prepares and applies methods for informing and constantly notifying personnel, in order to increase awareness and compliance by employees with security measures on the territory of the SEZ "Alabuga".

Mandatory safety briefings are held for all employees and visitors. Information materials are regularly transmitted to employees through corporate internal communication channels.

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH AND PROCESS SAFETY

The systematic activity of the SEZ "Alabuga" in the field of occupational safety and health and process safety is primarily aimed at reducing injuries to employees of the company and contractors.

To prevent accidents at work, employees of the SEZ "Alabuga" companies are tested using a simulator program.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Emergency response on the territory of the SEZ "Alabuga" is organized in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of the population and territories from natural and man-made emergencies". Thus, our company has adopted a system of measures for the prevention, response, and elimination of the consequences of natural and man-made emergencies. Local warning systems operate at all companies, special reserves of resources have been created in case of an emergency, measures have been developed and implemented to ensure the life of employees and the functioning of organizations in an emergency.

REQUIREMENTS IN THE FIELD OF OSH, PS AND EP

SEZ "Alabuga" in carrying out its activities recognizes the undoubted priority of the life and health of employees and all interested parties in relation to the results of production activities. Some of the production assets from among our residents belong to hazardous industrial facilities, therefore ensuring occupational safety and health is a priority.

The Company considers the corporate occupational safety and health and process safety management system (OSH and PS) as a necessary element of effective production management of companies and assumes obligations to manage production risks affecting the life and health of employees, equipment and property.
