“Alabuga” is the best site for investment among all SEZ and ADT in Russia
The Special economic zone “Alabuga” is recognized as the best investment site among all ADT and SEZ of Russia according to the international consulting company Knight Frank. The award ceremony took place on April, 25 at the XI International economic summit “Russia - Islamic World: KazanSummit 2019”.
Experts of the international real estate agency Knight Frank headquartered in the UK estimated the investment attractiveness of industrial parks, advanced development territories and special economic zones of Russia in terms of key efficiency indexes: availability of raw materials, human resources, number of work paces created, term for making a contract for land participants, production opening, total amount of attracted investments.
According to the results of the study, the leaders among objects of industrial infrastructure are defined. The first place in the nomination “ADT and SEZ” took the SEZ “Alabuga”, the second place took the JSC “SEZ “St. Petersburg”, the third place was awarded to the ADT in Naberezhnye Chelny.
