Employees of the SEZ "Alabuga" studied the methods of effective management and communication

On July 27, employees of the SEZ "Alabuga" completed training under the advanced training program "Management and Effective Communications" as part of the implementation of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support".

The training consisted of 3 blocks: a course of lectures, a meeting with a business coach and an economic business simulation. In total, 80 employees of the special economic zone were trained.

In the first part of professional development, employees attended lectures on the topics "Effective Communication" and "Effective Management", as well as completed practical tasks in order to consolidate knowledge and increase personal effectiveness.

In the second block of training, the employees of the SEZ "Alabuga" got acquainted with the business trainer of the training center "Perspektiva" Nadezhda Murashova, mastered the theoretical foundations of the company's operational management and solved business problems using economic simulations. Upon completion of the training, Nadezhda Murashova noted the high skills of analytics and communication, as well as the close-knit teamwork of the SEZ "Alabuga" employees. Such economic simulations increase the participant's performance, increasing his professionalism and competitive advantage. Since in group trainings, employees develop the ability to quickly respond to a situation, public speaking, effective management and productive negotiations.

The third stage was the implementation of the network economic strategy "Crown". In the business strategy, the participants were faced with the need to quickly respond to market changes and organize production in real time with limited resources: during the session, it is necessary to produce raw materials, ensure transportation and the most profitable sale on the market.

The final stage of training was certification, as a result of which employees received a certificate of advanced training of the state standard.

The national project "Labor productivity and employment support" is one of the strategic projects in Russia for the period from 2019 to 2024, initiated by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The main goal of which is to increase labor productivity at medium and large enterprises by at least 5% per year.

In 2019, 300 employees of the SEZ "Alabuga" underwent a two-month training under the advanced training program as part of the implementation of the national project "Labor productivity and employment support".
