The Board of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan was held in the center of Industry 4.0

Оn February 18, a large-scale final board of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan was held at the «Alabuga Polytech» educational center. The first persons of the Republic and advanced industrial companies took part in it.

A large—scale event was held at «Alabuga Polytech», which is one of the most modern educational centers that teaches specialists working in Industry 4.0. The Alabuga Polytech Educational Center will soon create a world-class educational infrastructure for training working specialties with a capacity of up to 10 thousand students per year.

During the collegium, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov visited the automated pallet production complex under construction, where students and graduates of «Alabuga Polytech» hone their skills in practice.

Rustam Minnikhanov highly appreciated the quality of training of students who independently designed and built an automated line for the preparation and processing of wood materials. This production line is equipped with the most modern equipment and meets all the criteria of industry 4.0.

«Every industrial company in our country needs personnel. «Alabuga Polytech», where we are now, is a good example to look up to. We need to pull up all colleges and higher educational institutions to such a level», said the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.

Creating new production facilities is not an easy task, it is necessary to teach the basics of business to children from school age. The students should understand that it is difficult to produce, and it is even more difficult to sell. Therefore, they must learn to focus on the customer, calculate the economy, apply the principles of lean manufacturing. The Ministries of Education, Economy, Industry and Trade jointly with Alabuga have developed a training simulator «Business cats». During the event, Rustam Minnikhanov supported the launch of the Republican Entrepreneurship Olympiad for the prize of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan among grades 9-11.

The project «Robopoddons» is designed to teach students the most advanced knowledge and skills in demand at high-tech factory corresponding to Industry 4.0. The project uses equipment from leading world manufacturers: SIEMENS, KUKA, FESTO, WEINIG, FERRETTO.

The teachers for the students of «Alabuga Polytech» are real engineers from factories who transfer practical experience of working with modern equipment to the specialists of industry 4.0 who are preparing.

The unique location of the educational center «Alabuga Polytech» on the territory of SEZ «Alabuga» allows you to involve the best engineers from advanced resident factories as teachers. Training at «Alabuga Polytech» is conducted on modern equipment, like the plants of SEZ «Alabuga». Share
