The Russia-first fully automated battery assembling plant will be opened in "Alabuga"

Opening ceremony of the battery-production plant for the production of batteries of the Bars Technology company will be held in the SEZ Alabuga. The production will be launched by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov. This is the only production in Russia with fully automated assembly of batteries, it plans to occupy 15% of the market in Russia in 2019.

Bars Technolog is a part of the Russian Korib group. Today, this is the only production in Russia, where the process of assembling batteries for cars and trucks is fully automated. Also, for the first time in Russia, the technology of uniform filling with electrolyte with parallel charging of the battery is used.

A number of patented technologies to ensure the high quality of Bars Technology products. The final assembly of batteries is made on a fully automated line.

During 2019 Bars Technology intends to take 15% of the battery market in Russia. The goal of the plant is to increase production to 4 million batteries per year by 2022, thereby becoming the leading player in Russia in the market of automotive batteries, and to become the leading supplier of batteries to the conveyors of the Russian automotive plants.
